“I had the opportunity to work with Monica as both a fitness accountability partner and also as a personal trainer. We started attending regular Pure Barre sessions as friends because we were both trying something new and I wanted a “buddy” to keep me signing up and attending. Monica never skipped a beat and kept me motivated and interested in attending regular classes. After that, I inquired about her exercise routine outside of the group exercise classes and she offered to do a personal session with me in regards to weight training. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the difference exercises and showed me how to perform modifications if I couldn’t perform the initial exercise. We completed a full body resistance training session that lasted about an hour. I would highly recommend Monica to anyone who is looking for that extra boost to get them to the next fitness level. Her professionalism, knowledge, humor, and kind spirit will help you achieve any fitness goals you may have.”
